Return Information:
EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY:
We will allow exchange of merchandise within 3-Days of after arrival date, if the merchandise is damage. NO CASH REFUND.
We inspect our collection carefully before shipping.
Jacque's Jewels diligently inspects all items and photograph them before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of worn, removed tags, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will NOT receive a store credit or exchange.
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s).
Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time you mail your order
for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
Shipping Information:
Orders are processed and shipped to the destination within 5-7 business days. Orders are shipped by USPS.
Lost Or Stolen Packages:
Jacque’s Jewels is NOT responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages, you would need to contact UPS/USPS directly and provide your tracking details. If UPS/USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with UPS/USPS.

Proper storage is essential in maintaining your jewelry. It is best to store your jewelry in an air tight bag or pouch. Airtight bags are also a great source of storage as they prevent tarnish.
Avoid exposing your jewelry to direct sunlight, harsh chemicals like chlorine, cosmetics, hair spray, perfume, and perspiration.
